SMS Terms of Service

Program Description: Morla Law Group sends SMS messages to clients and prospective clients regarding their legal matters, including case updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and responses to client inquiries.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a message to confirm you have been unsubscribed and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.

Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP, or contact us directly at info@morlalaw.com or (813) 250-2886.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of legal representation or of any purchase.

Privacy: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

Text messages are not a secure or confidential form of communication and may be seen by others with access to your device. Do not send confidential or sensitive information by text.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Morla Law Group name and marks, is the property of the Firm or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.
